資策會主任張文村:運用大數據 創造以人為本新生活

傳播匯流與創新管理教師成長社群第二次聚會，於5月27日特邀請資策會數據科技與應用研究所張文村主任，就「雲端大數據分析運用與數位匯流」進行專題演講。張主任從大數據概念談起，列舉電影『魔球』的大數據經典案例，點出雲（雲端服務）、端（智慧終端）、算（大數據分析管理、加值應用）將成為台灣產業的驅動力及產業契機。大數據已成功運用在政治選舉上，例如台北市長柯文哲競選團隊因掌握大數據而打場選舉漂亮的勝仗。面對大數據新石油能源開採需要學界花費功夫進行深入的挖掘。張主任認為在大數據產業中，數據探勘（data mining）、數據模型型塑（data modeling）、統計分析等是目前最欠缺人才，張主任鼓勵資傳系可朝此方面發展與訓練人才。
